Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Flare Individuals.

Flare Individuals are designed for single-event wear and typically last through one day or evening with proper care. They may hold for up to 24 hours, but swimming, rubbing, or heavy makeup can reduce longevity.

When applied by our trained technicians using gentle adhesive and proper technique, flare clusters should not damage natural lashes. Avoid excessive pulling or prolonged wear; follow aftercare and book removal with us to minimize risk.

Plan for about 30–45 minutes for a Flare Individuals service, including a brief consultation to customize lash placement and style. Timing varies slightly depending on desired look and number of clusters applied.

We generally advise avoiding mascara on flare clusters to preserve adhesive bond and natural look. If you need mascara on lower lashes only, apply carefully; consult your technician for safe product recommendations.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products that can weaken adhesive. Bring inspiration photos and inform us of allergies or recent eye procedures to ensure safe, customized application.

Removal is done professionally using a gentle adhesive dissolver to loosen clusters without tugging. The process typically takes 10–15 minutes; never peel lashes off yourself to avoid damaging natural lashes.
